HASHCHAIN TECHNOLOGY INC. ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION OF TRADING

Hashchain Technology Inc.'s common shares, further to its news release dated Nov. 29, 2019, are expected to resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the open of trading on Dec. 11, 2019. The company has been halted since March 28, 2019, when it was announced that the company had entered into an agreement with Digihost International Inc. to effect a reverse takeover transaction.
