LOTUS VENTURES TO REPORT 2ND QUARTER RESULTS

Lotus Ventures Inc. has postponed filing its Q2 2020 interim financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and management's certifications of quarterly financials for the period ended Feb. 29, 2020, due to a brief delay caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The filing deadline was April 29, 2020.

The company expects to make these filings before May 5, 2020.
