HARBORSIDE INC. ANNOUNCES SERVICE CHANGES IN SAN JOSE TO COMPLY WITH COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA SHELTER ORDER

Harborside Inc. has made changes to service at its San Jose dispensary to comply with the updated shelter-in-place order of the County of Santa Clara. Effective April 2, Harborside San Jose has limited in-store and curbside pickup to medical patients. Adult-use customers in San Jose will continue to have access to home delivery at the company's website and by visiting the Oakland dispensary. Additionally, Harborside San Jose will implement enhanced social distancing protocols consistent with the updated shelter order. All other Harborside retail stores remain open for adult-use customers as do the Oregon, Terpene Station locations. Harborside San Leandro remains open for medical only.

"Our mission has always been to bring health and wellness to our communities, which means putting the safety of our customers and staff before all. Today, that also means restricting service at our San Jose dispensary as our part to control the spread of COVID-19," said Chairman and Interim CEO Peter Bilodeau. "We understand the importance of continuing operations to provide our patients with the medicine they need, which is why we've decided to continue medical use sales in-store. During this difficult time, we are working diligently to ensure access to essential cannabis products for our customers in a safe manner. We encourage our adult-use customers to take advantage of our home delivery service or to visit our Oakland dispensary and we look forward to the resumption of full service when it is safe to do so."

To encourage compliance with social distancing requirements, Harborside San Jose is offering a 15% discount for adult-use and medicinal customers who choose home delivery options.
