GROWN ROGUE ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Grown Rogue International Inc.'s chief strategy officer, Jacques Habra, has resigned.

"Grown Rogue wants to thank Jacques for his leadership and dedication to Grown Rogue over the past three years," said Obie Strickler, chief executive officer of Grown Rogue. "Jacques was instrumental in Grown Rogue's early growth, fundraising strategy and corporate development. We wish him and the Noospheric team all the success in future endeavours," added Mr. Strickler.

Mr. Habra initially joined Grown Rogue to develop the brand and product marketing around the concept of using cannabis to create the right experience. Upon the company's public listing in November, 2018, Mr. Habra shifted to focus on investor relations, strategic expansion and assisting the chief executive officer with growth objectives.

"I joined Grown Rogue to help tell the story of the founders, who passionately focus on best practices in cultivation, high standards of consumer experience and developing meaningful dialogue with the investment community," commented Mr. Habra.
