The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  1.14 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  July 31, 2020 (400,000), and Aug. 14, 2020 (740,000)

New expiry date of warrants:  July 31, 2022, and Aug. 14, 2022, respectively

Exercise price of warrants:  75 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 1.14 million shares with 1.14 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 20, 2018.
