GOLDEN PREDATOR ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Golden Predator Mining Corp. has granted 500,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. The stock options are exercisable for a term of three years at a price of 25 cents per share. The stock options will vest over a period of two years, with 25 per cent of the options vesting in six months and an additional 25-per-cent vesting every six months thereafter.
