GOLD PLUS MINING CORPORATE UPDATE

Gold Plus Mining Inc.'s Keith Anderson has resigned as a director, chief executive officer and secretary of the company. The company thanks Mr. Anderson for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Spencer Smyl, a current director of Gold Plus, has been appointed as CEO and secretary. Charn Deol, the company's chief financial officer, has been appointed as a director.
