The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,078,350 common shares at a deemed price of 15 cents to settle outstanding debts for $161,752.48 as announced Feb. 19, 2020.

Number of creditors:  four creditors

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
