Total pro group involvement:  435,000 (two placees)

Finders' fees:  PI Financial Corp., $7,200 cash and 96,000 warrants; Leede Jones Gable Inc., $9,600 cash and 128,000 warrants; Mackie Research Capital Corp., $2,610 cash and 34,800 warrants

Finder's warrant initial exercise price:  12 cents

Finder's warrant term to expiry:  exercisable into common shares, valid for two years
