EYECARROT CONFIRMS STAY OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WITH DISSIDENT SHAREHOLDER

Eyecarrot Innovations Corp. is in advance settlement discussions with the former dissident shareholder of the company, and there has been a stay of legal proceedings with the shareholder. Both parties have been in extensive discussions and are working to an amicable solution for all parties involved to allow the company to continue to build shareholder value.

As part of the settlement, the company has paid the shareholder $500,000 as a show of good faith that a solution could be met in a timely manner. As the company continues to progress with commercialization of its Binovi platform, it is working to finalize complete settlement and closure to the proceedings.
