Warrant initial exercise price:  15 cents

Warrant term to expiry:  two years

Finders' fees:  Mackie Research Capital Corp., $3,200 cash; Canaccord Genuity Corp., $1,200 cash and 24,000 warrants; Haywood Securities Inc., $7,600 cash and 152,000 warrants; Fred Bruun, $4,000 cash; Hampton Securities, $2,400 cash and 48,000 warrants; Leede Jones Gable Inc., $5,760 cash and 115,200 warrants; Industrial Alliance Securities Inc., $46,000 cash and 920,000 warrants

Finder's warrant initial exercise price:  15 cents

Finder's warrant term to expiry:  24 months from issuance
