DYNACERT ANNOUNCES NEW CFO

DynaCERT Inc. has appointed Carmelo Marrelli as the new chief financial officer of the company. Mr. Marrelli is a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and serves as the chief financial officer of a number of other Canadian public companies, including some listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company has also engaged Marrelli Support Services of Toronto, Ont., a company affiliated with Mr. Marrelli, to provide certain accounting services.

DynaCERT has also appointed Jean-Pierre Colin, a director of the company since December, 2016, as the new corporate secretary of the company. Mr. Colin has a background in investment banking, corporate and securities law, and strategy consulting.

DynaCERT thanks Terrence MacDonald, the previous chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company, for his 22 months of service with DynaCERT. The company wishes him well in his future endeavours.
