Debut Diamonds Inc. will consolidate its issued and outstanding shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every 16.667 preconsolidation common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 26,054,993. The company will not be issuing fractional postconsolidation shares in connection with the consolidation. Where the consolidation would otherwise result in a shareholder being entitled to a fractional share, the number of postconsolidation shares issued to such holder of shares shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares. In calculating such fractional interests, all shares held by a beneficial shareholder shall be aggregated.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new Cusip number on Dec. 10, 2019.

The name and symbol will not change.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Dec. 9, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
