The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's documentation in connection with the issuance of 7,453,800 non-transferable warrants to purchase 7,453,800 common shares exercisable at a price of 55 cents per share expiring on Sept. 28, 2021, pursuant to amendments to an existing non-convertible secured credit facility in the amount of $4.1-million.
