The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's documentation in connection with the issuance of 22,417,458 non-transferable warrants to purchase 22,417,458 common shares exercisable at a price of 42.5 cents per share until up to June 30, 2020, pursuant to amendments to an existing non-convertible secured credit facility with Mercury Financing Corp. in the amount of $22,720,810.52. The company issued a news release dated Dec. 20, 2018, in connection with that transaction.
