CYNTAR VENTURES INC. - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Cyntar Ventures Inc. has appointed Gadi Levin to the board of directors, effective immediately. Gerald G. Carlson has resigned as a director to provide a vacancy for the appointment. The company further announces the appointment of Alan Rootenberg as the company's chief financial officer. Sonny Chew has resigned as the chief financial officer to provide a vacancy for the appointment.

Mr. Levin has a bachelor of commerce degree in accounting and information systems from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and a postgraduate diploma in accounting from the University of South Africa. He received his chartered accountant designation in South Africa and has a master of business administration from Bar Ilan University in Israel. Mr. Levin has over 15 years of experience working with public Canadian, United States and multijurisdictional public companies. Mr. Levin currently serves as chief financial officer and director of several publicly listed companies in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Previously, Mr. Levin began his CPA career at the accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where he worked for nine years, specializing in United States-listed companies involved in initial public offerings (IPO).

Mr. Rootenberg is a chartered professional accountant who has served as the chief financial officer of a number of publicly traded companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, OTCBB and Canadian Securities Exchange. These companies include mineral exploration, mining, technology and companies in the cannabis industry. Mr. Rootenberg has a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and received his CPA designation in Ontario, Canada.

Harry Chew, president and chief executive officer, wishes to thank Mr. Carlson and Mr. Chew for their services to the company. He would like to welcome Mr. Levin to the board and Mr. Rootenberg as the new chief financial officer and looks forward to working with both of them in bringing shareholder value to the company.
