PROMETHEAN - MARKETING PROGRAM

Chemesis International Inc. has extended its previously announced (see news release dated Feb. 15, 2019) engagement of Promethean Marketing Inc. for an additional term of up to 90 days, such that in exchange for payment by the company to Promethean of $400,000 (U.S.), Promethean shall provide certain general marketing services to increase investor awareness of, and engagement with, the company.
