JAMES COYNE ANNOUNCES A MATERIAL FACT UPDATE TO EARLY WARNING REPORT OF 7TH OCTOBER 2019 RELATED TO COPPER NORTH MINING CORP.

Copper North Mining Corp. investor James Allan Coyne has filed an update to his early warning report of Oct. 7, 2019, in connection with the 8,368,141 common shares of the issuer and 375,000 warrants, representing approximately 9.7 per cent pre-exercise and 10.2 per cent postexercise of the 85,900,413 issued and outstanding common shares that he controls.

Mr. Coyne has expanded the purposes for which he may continue to hold the shares and determined that, in addition to the investment purposes, he may use the shares for the purpose of influencing the corporate, managerial and strategic policies of Copper North.

An early warning report reflecting the above-noted acquisitions of common shares has now been filed, a copy of which has been sent to the company and is available on SEDAR.
