C-COM ANNOUNCES GRANTING OF OPTIONS

Pursuant to the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange, C-Com Satellite Systems Inc. has granted options to purchase 175,000 common shares of C-Com to officers of C-Com. The stock options were granted pursuant to the terms of C-Com's stock option plan and are exercisable at $2.80 per share, being the closing price of the C-Com common shares on the TSX-V on July 24, 2020. This grant forms part of the overall annual remuneration package for the company's directors and officers. Stock option grants are subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
