CORDY OILFIELD SERVICES INC. APPLIES TO EXTEND THE EXPIRY DATE OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of certain of its outstanding common share purchase warrants. The application seeks exchange approval of a three-month extension of the expiry date of the 17,127,176 warrants issued on Dec. 14, 2016, and having an exercise price of five cents per whole warrant from Dec. 14, 2019, to March 14, 2020. The extension of the term of the warrants is subject to the acceptance of the exchange.

If the extension is approved by the exchange, warrantholders are advised that replacement warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original warrant certificates must be presented to the company in order to effect the exercise or transfer of such warrants.
