The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Calian Group Ltd. will list an additional 1,568,600 shares at the open on Feb. 25, 2020. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $44 per share, pursuant to the terms of a prospectus supplement dated Feb. 18, 2020.
