SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE QT

Caprice Business Development Canada Inc., on April 3, 2020, held its annual and special shareholders' meeting, at which shareholders unanimously approved, along with the usual matters, the special resolutions approving the Company's acquisition of Leaf Digital Studios.

The company will continue to work toward satisfaction of all remaining conditions precedent to closing, including receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval.
