BLUESKY DIGITAL ASSETS CORP., ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Bluesky Digital Assets Corp. had entered into several debt settlement agreements with multiple creditors where the corporation has agreed to issue a combined 14 million common shares of the corporation to settle $140,000 worth of debt. The common shares will be issued at a price of one cent per common share.
