BOND RESOURCES GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Bond Resources Inc., pursuant to the company's stock option plan, has granted an aggregate of 4.03 million shares to directors, officers and consultants as incentive stock options at an exercise price of 30 cents per share. The options are fully vested and exercisable for a period of five years, ending on May 25, 2025.
