BUILDERS CAPITAL MORTGAGE CORP. ANNOUNCES CLASS B NON-VOTING SHARE DISTRIBUTION

Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. will pay a distribution of 7.56 cents per Class B non-voting share of the company. The distribution will be paid on Jan. 31, 2020, to holders of Class B non-voting shares of record on Jan. 28, 2020.
