BARRIAN MINING FILES TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE KINSLEY PROJECT

A technical report titled "Technical Report and Updated Estimate of Mineral Resources for the Kinsley Project, Elko and White Pine Counties, Nevada, USA," and dated effective Jan. 15, 2020, prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects) and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, has been filed under Barrian Mining Corp.'s SEDAR profile in connection with the proposed acquisition by the company of Liberty Gold Corp.'s interest in the Kinsley Mountain gold project. The transaction is subject to a number of terms and conditions, including (among other things):closing of a financing and the final approval of the exchange.

It is anticipated that trading of the company's shares will remain halted until completion of the transaction.
