Andlauer Healthcare has received Toronto Stock Exchange approval to postpone its annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders until May, 2021. The company requested the postponement due to challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic and Ontario government directives to limit public gatherings. The company had initially scheduled its AGM for May 13, 2020.

In accordance with the requirements of Andlauer Healthcare's incorporating statute, the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), the company will hold its first annual meeting of shareholders on or before May 12, 2021. The members of the company's board of directors as well as the company's auditor will continue to hold office until the close of such meeting, or until successors are elected or appointed, as applicable.
