A.I.S. RESOURCES EXTENDS WARRANTS

A.I.S. Resources Ltd. intends, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, to extend the term of 7.1 million warrants expiring on July 17, 2020. The share purchase warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 7.1 million shares accepted for filing by the TSX-V on July 18, 2019.

The warrants will be extended for a period of one year until July 17, 2021. The exercise price remains unchanged at 10 cents.
