ARCPACIFIC RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT

Arcpacific Resources Corp. has appointed Adrian Smith as a director of the company, effective July 10, 2020. Mr. Smith has over a decade of experience in the mining and exploration industry. Mr. Smith began working for exploration companies as an underground mine geologist in the Shasta gold-silver mine in Northern British Columbia. He then began work for North American Tungsten Corp. at the Cantung mine in the Northwest Territories, where he was involved in successfully identifying, modelling and producing ore, in addition to known reserves. Since then, Mr. Smith has taken his mining and exploration experience from underground and applied it to exploration projects across Canada and the United States. Mr. Smith graduated from Simon Fraser University with a bachelor of science degree, specializing in geology, and has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 2008. Currently, Mr. Smith is the president and a director of M3 Metals Corp.

In addition to the above, the company has appointed Collin Kim, a director of the company, as the interim chief executive officer, effective immediately. The board is currently undertaking a process to search for a new permanent chief executive officer of the company.
