The TSX Venture Exchange inched up a fraction to close at 530.22 Monday. Gurbakhshish (Bob) Hans and Robert Quinn have filed a preliminary prospectus to list their second capital pool shell, Hansco Capital Corp. It plans to sell a $300,000 initial public offering at 10 cents through Leede Jones Gable Inc.

Mr. Hans, 56, lives in Surrey, B.C., and is the founder and president of the Hans group. This group includes Hans Trucking Ltd., a sand and gravel trucking company that operates in the B.C. Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. The group also includes Hans Group Inc., a real estate developer with four residential projects in Ontario, two commercial projects in Ontario and one residential project in Henan, China. In 2005, Mr. Hans ran for a seat in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, but he lost.

Mr. Hans has had no other public company directorships aside from the first capital pool shell that he and Mr. Quinn listed in April, 2019. That shell is called Hanstone Capital Corp. (HANS: $0.17). It sold a $300,000 IPO at 10 cents through Leede Jones Gable. Hanstone has not yet announced a qualifying transaction plan. Neither Hanstone nor the duo's follow-up shell, Hansco Capital, has specified what type of deal it plans to seek for its QT.
