The Toronto Stock Exchange issued a bulletin at 7:53 a.m. on Feb. 11, 2021, to report that Argonaut Gold Inc.'s prospectus offering of 8,156,100 common shares, which was expected to close before the open on Feb. 11, 2021, has been delayed. The TSX will issue a further bulletin once the closing of the offering is confirmed.
