well to appease the 30 to 50 people in each area who have no jobs, no lifestyle other than $100 per year in expenditures, perhaps we should all go commie style as Vancouver city council would like, and we all use bikes to move around and transport goods- stop all reliance on oil, just like the little red book mao days of china old.
