ZIDANE CAPITAL ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF TRANSFER AGENT

Vancouver, British Columbia Zidane Capital Corp. (NEX ZZE.H) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Endeavor Trust Corporation has replaced TSX Trust Company as the registrar and transfer agent and escrow agent of the Company effective August 1, 2025. Shareholders of the Company need not take any action with respect to the change in transfer agent.

All inquiries and correspondence relating to the shareholder records, transfer of shares, loss of certificates, or change of address should be directed to Endeavor Trust Corporation through its Vancouver office.

The Company is a "Capital Pool Company," as defined under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company does not have any agreement, agreement in principle, or any other arrangement with any party in connection with a potential Qualifying Transaction.
