ZIDANE CAPITAL ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF TRANSFER AGENT

Endeavor Trust Corp. has replaced TSX Trust Company as the registrar and transfer agent and escrow agent of Zidane Capital Corp., effective Aug. 1, 2025. Shareholders of the company need not take any action with respect to the change in transfer agent.

All inquiries and correspondence relating to the shareholder records, transfer of shares, loss of certificates or change of address should be directed to Endeavor through its Vancouver office.

The company is a capital pool company, as defined under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The company does not have any agreement, agreement in principle or any other arrangement with any party in connection with a potential qualifying transaction.
