metrics, announced today that, as part of the previously announced wind
down and dissolution of the Company following the sale to CalAmp Corp.
Arve Johansen, Ingelin Dropping, Kirsten Morbeck and Bernie Maskerine
have resigned from the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
