VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared final June, 2013, cash distributions for Vanguard ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on June 26, 2013, will receive cash distributions payable on July 2, 2013. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts for each of the Vanguard ETFs are as set out in the attached table.
