TVI PACIFIC, INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TVI Pacific Inc. shareholders approved all resolutions brought before them at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 26, 2025.

The director nominees listed in the company's 2025 management information circular filed on SEDAR+ were elected as shown in the attached table.

The shareholders also voted in favour of the following: (a) appointment of Davidson and Company LLP as the external auditor of TVI Pacific until the next annual meeting at such remuneration as may be determined by the company's directors, for which 99.30 per cent of the votes cast supported the appointment of the auditor; and (b) ratifying and confirming the company's existing stock option plan, for which 88.11 per cent of the votes cast approved the same.
