The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Thomson Reuters Corp. investor The Woodbridge Company Ltd. has filed a notice of intention to sell up to one million common shares starting May 27, 2026, through the facilities of the TSX or the Nasdaq Stock Market. According to the TSX, Woodbridge currently holds 307,692,785 shares.
