Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders June 11, 2013, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening, Wednesday, June 19, 2013, the common shares of ProntoForms Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of TrueContext Mobile Solutions Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a computer systems design and related services company.
