TD Asset Management Inc. announces portfolio adviser change

TORONTO, May 22, 2013 /CNW/ - TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Mutual Funds, announced that Global Currents Investment Management, LLC, the portfolio adviser for the TD Global Value Fund (the Fund), merged into its affiliate ClearBridge Investments, LLC on April 1, 2013.

As a result of this transaction, ClearBridge Investments, LLC became the portfolio adviser of the Fund, effective April 1, 2013. The portfolio management team led by Paul Ehrlichman and Safa Muhtaseb will remain the same. There will be no changes to the investment objectives and strategies of the Fund.
