May 10, 2013 (Vancouver) - Gilby Len Hastman and Darcy Kim Hastman (the Concerned Shareholders) report that the hearin
--->g of the petition (the Petition) to overturn the results of the annual general meeting of St. Elias Mines Ltd. (TSX Ve
--->nture: SLI) (the Company) held on December 27, 2012 (the AGM) has been extended. Submissions from the parties to the P
--->etition will now take place over a period of five days including May 10, 2013 and May 21, 2013.
The Concerned Shareholders also report that they have received permission from the British Columbia Supreme Court to d
--->iscontinue their claims in the Petition as against Donald Bastien, Robert Krause, Paul McDonald and Tina Whyte. The Co
--->ncerned Shareholders expect that this will expedite the Petition hearing and allow them to focus their claims as again
--->st the Company and Lori L. McClenahan.

May 10, 2013 (Vancouver) � Gilby Len Hastman and Darcy Kim Hastman (the Concerned Shareholders)
report that the hearing of the petition (the Petition) to overturn the results of the annual general meeting of
St. Elias Mines Ltd. (TSX Venture: SLI) (the Company) held on December 27, 2012 (the AGM) has been
