The Court ordered that the cross-examination, which Ms. McClenahan and the Company opposed, is to take place on or bef
--->ore May 1, 2013. As part of the Concerned Shareholders' request for cross-examination, Mr. Gilby Hastman agreed to be 
--->cross-examined on his affidavit made in support of the Petition. The hearing of the Petition to overturn the results o
--->f the AGM is scheduled for May 7, 2013 to May 9, 2013 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

April 23, 2013 (Vancouver) � Gilby Len Hastman and Darcy Kim Hastman (the Concerned Shareholders)
announce that on April 22, 2013, the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the Court) ordered the cross-
examination of Lori McClenahan on her affidavit made in opposition to the Concerned Shareholders'
petition to the Court (the Petition) to overturn the results of the annual general meeting of St. Elias Mines
Ltd. (TSX Venture: SLI) (the Company) held on December 27, 2012 (the AGM).

The Court ordered that the cross-examination, which Ms. McClenahan and the Company opposed, is to take
place on or before May 1, 2013. As part of the Concerned Shareholders' request for cross-examination, Mr.
Gilby Hastman agreed to be cross-examined on his affidavit made in support of the Petition. The hearing of
