CALGARY, May 27, 2013 /CNW/ - Pinecrest Energy Inc. ("Pinecrest" or the "Company") announces that in accordance with Policy 2.5 of the TSX Venture
Exchange, the Company has met the requirements for a Tier 1 company.
Therefore effective May 28, 2013, the Company's tier classification
will change from Tier 2 to Tier 1.

symbol PRY.
