TORONTO, May 21, 2013 /CNW/ - NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real
Estate Investment Trust (TSX: NWH.UN) (the "REIT") announced that the
nominees listed in the management information circular for the annual
meeting (the "Meeting") of unitholders of the REIT were elected as
trustees of the REIT. Detailed results of the vote for the election of
trustees held at the Meeting on Tuesday May 14, 2013 in Toronto, if a
ballot had been taken and based solely on the proxies received by the
REIT, are set out below.
