NOVERIS HEALTH SCIENCES APPOINTS GEOFF GRIFFITHS AS STRATEGIC ADVISOR TO SUPPORT COMMERCIALIZATION AND GROWTH INITIATIVES

Noveris Health Sciences Inc. has appointed Geoff Griffiths as strategic adviser to the company.

Mr. Griffiths is a seasoned life sciences executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across commercialization, market access, business development, strategic planning, operations, investor relations and product development.

In his advisory capacity, Mr. Griffiths will work with management and the board to evaluate opportunities related to intellectual property strategy, commercialization initiatives, licensing opportunities, strategic partnerships and broader corporate development activities.

Mr. Griffiths currently serves as head of operations at Shackelford Pharma, where he has led the strategic and operational development of a neurology-focused drug candidate from inception through phase 2 readiness. He is also the principal of G3 Strategic Consulting, advising growth-stage companies on commercialization strategy, financial analysis, business planning and market development. Previously, he held leadership positions with Mylan Pharmaceuticals and Abbott Laboratories, where he was responsible for commercial strategy, market access, sales leadership and biosimilar development initiatives across Canada.
