NORDIQUE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES UPLISTING TO THE OTCQB VENTURE MARKET

Nordique Resources Inc. has upgraded from the OTC Pink Market to the OTCQB Venture Market. The uplisting is effective July 10, 2025, and the company's common shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbols NORD on the Canadian Securities Exchange, NORDF on the OTCQB and V0U on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
