LEXI TO SETTLE PORTION OF INTEREST PAYMENT IN SHARES
Lithium Energi Exploration Inc. has agreed
to settle a portion of the interest payment due to Arena Investors LP as at Sept. 20, 2024, in common
shares of the company. Pursuant to the credit agreement dated Feb. 1, 2023, between Arena and the
company, as amended as at Sept. 20, 2024, the company will owe Arena interest in the
amount of $211,726. Arena has elected to take payment of $105,863 of such amount through the issuance of common
shares, at a deemed price equal to the greater of the five-day volume-weighted price preceding the payment date of
Sept. 20, 2024, or 4.5 cents per common share, being the market price on Sept. 19, 2024 (as determined
pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V)).
The issuance of the common shares to Arena is subject to TSX-V acceptance.
