Inc. (TSX: INE) announces that all nominees listed in the management
proxy circular dated March 28, 2013 were elected as directors of the
Corporation.
The detailed results of the vote by ballot for the election of
directors, which was held during the annual and special meeting of
shareholders held on May 14, are as follows:
