(GFV:TSXv) (DV1A:FRA) info@greenflagventures.com www.greenflagventures.com FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: GreenFlag Provides a Corporate Update to Shareholders March 26th, 2015 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - GreenFlag Ventures Inc. ("GreenFlag" or the "Company") (TSX-V: GFV) (DV1A: FRA) is pleased to provide a corporate update to its shareholders. Like many companies principally in the mineral exploration business, the ability for GreenFlag to raise working capital has been difficult for an unusually extended period. For many months, management has been reviewing opportunities in a wide variety of sectors, including, but not limited to, the mineral exploration business. Through careful consideration, the Company Board of Directors has decided the mineral exploration business is not currently the most viable sector through which to maximize shareholder value. In an effort to move the Company forward and to once again provide liquidity to shareholders, GreenFlag has plans to establish itself as a finance-based company focused on buying and selling public entities, and to provide consultancy services to existing public entities in the areas of restructuring, finance and business development. The Company is currently in negotiations with a separate, existing public entity to execute a corporate takeover through which it will be able to pursue this new business focus. GreenFlag looks forward to providing further news to shareholders in the weeks to come. By Order of the Board, "Kris Kottmeier" Kris Kottmeier President/CEO TSX Venture Exchange is a junior Stock Exchange, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with additional office locations in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. This stock exchange handles all trading electronically and operates as a public venture capital marketplace for emerging companies. Previously, TSX Venture Exchange was known as the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), until 2001 when the TSX Group (now called the TMX Group) purchased and renamed it. TMX Group also owns the Toronto Stock Exchange.
