DOMESTIC METALS CLARIFIES FINDER'S FEES

Pursuant to its private placement closing news release dated May 5, 2026, Domestic Metals Corp. has clarified a typographical error in the finder's fee issued to Ventum Financial Corp., which was $3,920 cash and 14,000 warrants. All other finders' fees disclosed were correct. The company confirms that all finder warrants issued are non-transferable and have the same terms as the subscriber warrants.
